International Work Camp in Gwanghwa
Work camp period:
1st period: February 2 to 6, 2017 (Four nights, five days)
2nd period: February 7 to 11, 2017 (Four nights, five days)
Place: Ganghwa, Incheon
Eligibility: Junior and senior high school students, and college students of ANY nationality

Rural village experience (Making rice cake and tofu,
using traditional farming tools, tractor ride)
Various winter activities and cultural exchange
Recruitment: 20 persons for each period
Application deadline: Close applications
Participation fee: 450,000 won
**Fee is inclusive of 4 nights accommodation, meals for five days, transportation (excluding flight ticket to and from home country), cultural activities, drinks, snacks and other costs.
**Fluency in Korean, Japanese or English is not required. An English-speaking and Japanese-speaking staff is available to assist. It is also fun to learn the language of one another during this camp!
The first and second session will take place at the same venue.
The schedule is subject to change according to local conditions and number of participants.

The application will proceed in the following order:
1. Registration (Fill up the application form below).
2. Wait for confirmation of application.
3. Pay the deposit fee of 200,000 won within 48 hours after confirmation. You can pay either by bank transfer or Paypal.
*Remaining balance (250,000 won) can be paid at the campsite (only cash).

Payments and Cancellations
Payments for our services can be made through the following: Bank transfer or Paypal. You are required to pay the deposit fee or full payment in order to make a reservation. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you must pay within 48 hours. You are responsible for paying the transaction fee when using bank transfer. A copy of the receipt must be sent to our e-mail address, firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply and confirm your participation once your payment has been received. Please wait for our confirmation before booking for flight tickets or making any travel plans. The deposit fee is used to ensure availability and reservation of related fees to our Services. Once the deposit fee has been sent, a refund is not allowed. Failure to pay the deposit or full payment before the deadline will result in cancellation of reservation.
Flight Booking and Travel Documents
Users of our Services are responsible for booking their own flight ticket in accordance with the schedule of our Services. It is also your responsibility to acquire necessary travel documents such as passport and visa. We are not responsible for changes in flight status. Inability to join the Service due to non-compliance of the travel requirements is not our responsibility.
Users of our Services are required to avail their own travel insurance. You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not covered by your participation fee.
Changes in Terms
We have the right to change the Terms. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly review the website and its Terms.
