WHO WE ARE

 

Created in 2001 in the upscale 16th District for the consummate food lover and oenophile, École de Cuisine offers 2-hour, 1⁄2 or full-day, and 3-day immersion classes in culinary arts, pastry arts, and wine. Day, evening, and Saturday classes are available and tailored for adults, children and teens. Immersion classes range from introductory skills building to specialized menus and seasonal themes. Small class sizes encourage an informal setting for personalized training, casual tastings, and continuous dialogue with Chef Instructors.

Classes available in French, English, or with translator.
